Delivery Information
We can and do ship to our customers across the world. We offer a set shipping cost, regardless of the number or value of items purchased to all the areas that we commonly ship to. The current costs are:

Shipping to the EU
From January 2021, the UK is no longer a member of the EU. We can ship goods to the EU free of UK VAT taxes, however you may be liable for paying any local VAT charges and local customs charges that are applicable in your own country. These charges will need to be paid directly by you on arrival and will collected by the local delivery agent (such as UPS, FedEx, etc). Please contact us by email ( [email protected] ) to discuss if necessary.
Shipping to other areas of the World
If you don’t live in one of the shipping areas shown above, do not fear, we can still send goods to you but you will need to email us first and we can work out how much it costs to ship to you.
Australia and New Zealand
The costs to both Australia and NZ vary greatly with the weight of the goods so, again please email us first with the items that you want. If the item is very light then costs can be very reasonable!
Shiping methods
For UK deliveries, we use the Post Office for small or lightweight items and UPS for bulky or heavy items. UK shipping will typically take 2 to 3 working days.
In Europe UPS is used, generally 5 to 6 working days.
Outside of Europe, UPS is again generally used except for Australia and NZ, where Post Office shipping tends to be cheaper. All shipping outside of Europe is by airmail, so delivery rarely exceeds 6 to 8 working days.
Order processing
Most items are kept in stock and we aim to ship all orders within 2 working days except for items that are indicated on the website to be ‘made to order’. If an item is out of stock we will email you to let you know. At any time, you can email us on [email protected] and we will give you the latest status of your order.
