These gorgeous sheepskins have been produced in the small town of Buckfastleigh on the edge of Dartmoor, in Devon, for some 200 years. The tannery has always procured the highest grade lambskins from locally bred flocks of sheep, helping to keep the local moorland economy vibrant and economically stable. The combination of traditional processing techniques handed down over the years to the current highly skilled craftsmen and the use of the local lambskins makes these sheepskins a unique and sought after product. Whilst a little more expensive than some imported skins, the softness and quality shines out. British made from British sheep, reared on British farms.
